running around freo (fremantle) during fcc enroute, sumthing like amazing race. got delayed an hour so looked at parrots in park so cute! met sandra megan there! got placed into a random gp coz i signed up during o day but didnt pay! but it was fun coz i was in the onli mainly caucasian gp. jessica frm msia gp leader, funni jen frm us (hey she was a summer camp instructor too!), bianca and inge frm darwin and sandy frm canada. realli glad i got to know them, inge and sandy r 3rd year vets and inge is real frenly offering to lend me her notes and bks if i eva nid them. enroute was fun! really got to know my way arnd freo beta. my team was really fired up to win, we ran to practically every station and got to the final checkpoint 1st! we were eventual champs and won ikea lamps! hey dat rhymes..but sumbody was saying the 1st prize was a cruise last year, but i m already so happy wif my prize now! the photos we had to take all turned out nice! there was onli 1 terrible encounter during the whole thing. to get bonus points we had to get a photo wif at least 15 seagulls in it. b4 one of us cld take the photo, an abo (aborigine), i tink he was drunk, chased them all away and asked us to take a photo of him. we ignored him and a few of his frens started cursing the caucasians. we juz walked away quickly but i tink jen was so angry she gave him the finger. that wasnt a very pleasant experience.
and st after enroute we hopped down 2 cottesloe 4 the spore inter uni beach thing. as predicted by dan, mostly freshies were there. but it was fun, talked to pple frm other unis.it was so hot it was hot! the tug of war was tiring, got tugged a lot. sum silly pple got sprained stuff and abraised hands! then there was tiring relay. and super funni step on ur balloon dun step on mine game. after dat became sand attractor, sand juz wouldnt fall off me. the water was so nice onli cld wade coz my miserable fren had to accompany me to the beach! now i haf funni tan lines all over me ahh!
later me andrew eric richard val kelvin and 2 tsl (the spore link) pple wayne and felix went 2 northbridge to eat chinese! food, not pple. = ) wanted to go city garden but it was 2 crowded so we went to this nice place nearby dat sold chvinese food. i m not kidding, dats wat it said on the menu! it was gd coz 20% off dinner wif free soup and dessert! shiok!
