getting 2 b a bit of a lotr fan, watching making of lotr on dvd, extended version of fellowship and getting started on reading the bk.i shld really get down 2 packing rm...
last nite travis went back 2 the states.waah.it will b a lot quieter now.in a gd way dat there wun b any noise.in a bad way dat there wun b any noise.
dan went back 2 his grandma's funeral 2.it was a real blessing 4 him.1st it went frm there not being any flights at all,2 only 1 seat on quantas wich was real ex then the price went 2 half,then he got upgraded 2 sq!he's really v blessed.= )
o yes,trip down south,i tink everybody really enjoyed it.really opened my eyes 2,esp wen living in the same confines wif pple.really c their true colors.both gd & bad.
its a bit funny coz the rented car wld practically not work without me giving directions!but its ok,really haf a better sense of confidence of myself as a navigator,esp wen the same road name changes halfway up the road and i really haf 2 use my intuition 2 navigate.
initial trip 2 albany was pretty straightforward,juz 1 highway,except 4 going out of city.most relaxed part of the trip,i cld actually sleep peacefully in the car!found the nice chalet.v nice.visited the blowholes wich werent blowing!went on the nice beach,saw the doggie looking dog rock,traipsed thru the natural bridge & gap then went off 2 pemberton!
the roads were real nice country ones.saw lotsa cows,sheep and the lot.the gals were going absolutely crazy over the "maah maahs".o yes we were joined by uncle eric,aunty lucy and faith.put the cousins 2gether & u get....u c 4 urself!= ) i really liked the wafts of cow manure,the rest of them didnt feel the same.= )
got slightly lost looking 4 the farmstay on 2nd day,but i tink dat was coz uncle henry listened 2 everybody else screaming directions cept me...o well realised how nice most aussies were,a businessman loaned us his handphone. farm was nice!there was a farm feeding frenzy in the morning.the fowl were so fat and the guinea pigs were so cute!cheryl really liked hers.we fed the horses and sheep and saw marron,a freshwater lobster.then me and uncle henry dared 2 climb the glouchester tree.the tallest eucalyptus in the area dat had been converted into a fire lookout pt wif rails winding up as a staircase.the view was great!
walked the treetop walk along the way 2 margaret river.cool!
stayed in a beautiful chalet there.was studying maps lik crazy dat nite 2 figure out how 2 plan the next day's route coz there were so many things 2 do.
brought them 2 a winery.& i couldn't belive it.the lady there didnt belive i was above 18 and refused 2 let me taste the wine.do i look dat young?it was really gd and cheap wine 2,i bought some.
went 2 choc factory next.the one the gals came all the way 2 oz 4.lots of nice tasters.popped by cheese,berry and fudge factories,and if u know wat this means they really "jiak kao pun" on all the tasters.i really love the fudge,but its so ex!
saw roos!finally.at a sorta sanctuary.they were so happy.
dat was the nite i got a bit drunk.again.ok dats it i dun lik feeling tipsy,dun c y pple lik getting drunk.i will juz drink 4 taste.starting 2 get hooked on whites.
we did all dat & more,but most imptly,got back 2 perth safely,where dan brought them on a foodie spree.= )

i sleepy.v tired.juz came back 2day.drying hair.heater broke down.in the middle of winter.4got 2 pay rent,thot deadline tmrw,got a letter of admonishment.can i tok abt this tmrw?i nid 2 go pee & slp.nite!(hey cool my shortest blog ever...)

as u can c,i m drunk.ok maybe semidrunk.i duno,juz a bit tipsy.was @ eric's place 4 din eating his parents leftover cooking,nobody seemed 2 mind it was peranakan and good!anyway his parents flew off already.eric practically let me finish half his bottle of jacob's creek chardonnay.heh funny feeling,lik not in total control of myself & juz feeling sleepy.haha.
2day was fathers day & in church they mentioned nothing!nothing!poor neglected fathers,even if they dun take part in childbirth they still do contribute a lot.o well maybe aussie father's day is sum other day?
went around showing the wee family around town.pretty fun.aunt christine let on dat my parents sent them as "spies",not unlike lisa,& dat my mum wanted lots of pics of me and dan.there ARE lots of pics of me and dan,they r juz not developed yet!i nid a digicam!anyway has nobody heard of my phobia of looking at myself in film?sniff.= ) took them out 4 dim sum lunch.yummy.wanted 2 treat them coz they hlped me bring sum of my stuff over,in the end,dan paid.as usual.argh.i love him so much 4 his generosity,but i still wanna treat them!= P
dan was sharing a lot abt perth wif them,really opened their eyes i tink.now i m gonna join the wees and yeos on their trip down south coz m the onli person who can read maps!hee.
then went 2 freo.brought them 2 the market.cheryl went crazy over the cute tings in the $2 shops.then half an hour 2 closing,fruits were going real cheap,i tink they bought a crate of persimmons.i got a bag of mandarins,half a rock melon and a toffee apple wich i later nearly broke my teeth on for $3.cum 2 oz,go vegetarian,cheapest way 2 go.eating beef is not bad either.can become a beefarian.
got them 2 cottesloe beach and had hot chocs @ the blue duck amidst the beautiful sunset.dan and uncle henry were going on abt the political situation in spore & msia.fetched them back & now here i m getting stressed abt how 2 wash & pack all my clothes 4 the trip!it'll b colder than here & i haf a serious lack of disposable undies!(wich dan promised 2 go buy wif me coz i havent seen them anywhere).o well,i will make do.
o yes.HAPPY FATHER'S DAY DAD!= )

when i woke up and stared bleary-eyed at the clock it was 9.15am.dan's work starts at 9.oops.thank goodness nobody @ work noticed coz its a sat & he was the most senior person there anyway.
when i woke up,for real,it was 12.30.chucked a dvd in the com 2 c,"legally blonde",wat a hoot.1 of 3 dvds dat came in the dvd player dat dan won in a lucky draw dat he brought over!fantastic!it was lik he was reading my mind coz me and andrew were going on abt how bored we wld get after exams.& dat came frm another story...
yesterday penny was supposed 2 go back 2 spore.she wanted me 2 wake andrew up 2 hlp wif her luggage,my philosophy was "let sleeping andrews lie lest they curse & swear lik nobody's business",i volunteered 2 hlp myself but she woke him aniwae.trotted down 2 pick her gigantic case downstairs,borrowed her vcr (this is where the dvd player conversation came in) and waved her goodbye in the cab.1 hour later she's calling us 2 get her tix frm her rm coz apparently she brought the wrong half or sumthing & couldnt board the plane!wich is sorta funny in retrospect coz i asked her if she brought her tix...we rushed 2 retrieve her tix but it was 2 late.had 2 reach there in 10 min & it takes 30 min 2 get 2 airport.thank goodness kel was around wif the car.poor penny was distraught,but she got a midnite flight anyway,came back 2 sv wif kel and eileen.went out 2 meet the bunch,met wengyan and zech along the way 2 play soccer (i wanted 2 play 2 but the ting is i tink i sprained my foot running all over the sv but its ok,all better now,maybe i'll start training next week).andrew was haggling over how 2 get penny 2 airport dat nite & i didn't really lik the way he said 2 kel "u cld do the christian thing and send her".yes it probably is wat a christian wld do & i didnt tink kel wld mind but its juz the way he put it 2 sorta make pple feel bad into doing things dat he wans them 2 do.and the fact dat he's christian too makes it more uncomfortable coz y bring all wat i interpreted as anger & sarcasm into r/s wif other christians?where is the unity?its stuff lik dat on a micro,not even talking macro as in inter-church denominational arguments,wich i tink the devil is using 2 sow discord among christians 2 hinder God's good work.sigh.
back 2 2day.ben came over 2 hlp me install warcraft 1.06.it kips upgrading i duno y,& i still duno how 2 download stuff into my com!feel so useless in dat area.then went 2 bathe,heard andrew screeching "o my goodness theres a dog in the house!" went out & found dan wif joey the hairy tailess chihuahua.dan was lik "lets go visit eileen's chihuahua!"went over 2 her house,the dogs had a barking competition and later on et juz wanted 2 play & pissing joey off and joey was getting pissed off by et and chasing him so et got wat he wanted,basically a vicious cycle.= ) i tink dan juz wanted an excuse 2 play pool @ eileen's.dan was 'training' me by putting balls in a row & getting me 2 put them in one by one.it was torturous,esp since my hands were cold and my coordination wasnt gd coz of the drowsy migraine medicine i took.i gave up halfway.i really do wan 2 get better at pool but i told dan "in summer" when my hands wun b cold.= P
when we went 2 return joey,eileen took the oppurtunity 2 clock up her driving hours,but b4 dat her own car wouldnt open so she called the rac (the auto association here) at the same time a car rolled up with flat tyres so dan drove them 2 the nearest petrol kiosk 2 fill up their spare tyre wif air.dan was a bit hesitant coz they were strangers and even tho they had a toddler wif them he had frens who had their cars stolen frm them lik dat.aniwae the rac guy hlped them out too & we set off 4 ballajura.
eileen met the mop dog phoebe and got 2 tinker on the piano wif scores.finally.
yay,uncle henry & family r in town,gonna pay them a visit soon.i hope.

hee hee hee,hey everybody,sing it wif me "freedom,freedom,freeeeeeeedom!"exams r over!doing the boogie now,trying not 2 haf too much of a good time coz practically everybody else still has exams.o yes my apologies for not having blogged for a long long time.been having tests and deadlines one after the other.u wouldn't believe it.okok for the benefit of all those voyueristic pple out there (jialin *wink wink*) i will attempt to blog everyday!bwahahahahaha...
everybody's asking me how i celebrated the end of exams and i m looking at them through fatigued eyes,not to mention the aftereffects of drinking too much red bull (btw the slogan here is "red bull gives u wings!") and sleeping at unreal hours,from getting hooked to nintendo games dat dan installed on my com,argh i always get hooked 2 games at the worst possible times,lik during a levels it was warcraft.oops.& i m lik "huh?celebrate?i juz wanna peng..."anyway,dan came over last nite,lik he has the past two nites on his bubble tea "run",coz a new shop opened nearby promoting wif $2 tea and 2 free tea eggs!how cute is dat?the promotion i mean,not dan.ok o well dan too = ) he's been so nice in getting bubble tea 4 everybody.went 2 play pool @ rec rm wif kel val and eileen.me playing now is understandable but them?!they've still got exams next week and kel has a very difficult elective.o well.wasn't very good at it.my hands were freezing cold,it WAS freezing cold @ 3 degrees!we cld "smoke" @ nite!my specs were out of alignment,as usual,(i need contacts!!!),my beanie was blocking my vision and not 2 mention i juz wanted 2 sleep.got into frenly competion wif 2 funny aussie guys.was a close fight most of the time.good fun.
oops,juz went 2 send penny off 2 the taxi 2 the airport 2 go back 2 spore.v funny dat gal.at eric's bbq 3 gals said they wld never get married.and i knew 1 more also never wanted 2 either.penny was one of them.now she's in a pseudo r/s wif a tazzie guy she met in spore and has 2 b dragged back 2 spore by her mum.b4 all this she HAD 2 go back 2 spore.haiz.then theres wengyan...so cute,now together wif zech.initially she NEVER wanted to put anybody else thru her future work in the jungles of sumatra or sumting lik dat.also eileen,now having an infatuation for somebody i DUNNO who...then theres me who thot no one wld ever lik me dat way then tadaa!my wonderful dan appeared.= )happy happy happy.now theres little dan too...a grey "me 2 u" bear dat smells lik dan's colonge.it juz goes to show dat u shld never say never...
found out another strange thing about the oz edu system.the hard way.after RUNNNING the entire length of the uni to hand in my essay which was already 20 min late,i peeped in the pigeonhole and NONE of the essays were collected yet!i could have handed it in first thing in the morning...but i will try never 2 do anything lik dat again.
exams went quite well.getting used 2 making full use of the 10 min reading time.was studying consistently 4 most of the time and doing past year papers and going through ans wif the rest of them so it was ok.hopefully can get hds 4 everything but not so sure abt one unit.but dats ok.i tink i haf been doing my best so far.juz pushing myself to redeem myself 2 astar.hee.
ooh,gonna do lotsa stuff now in the post exam period.lik learn how 2 drive,clean my room...
